BC technologies began its life back in 1994, when Brendon Wallace, disheartened with the quality of service available from many IT support companies, saw the need for a different approach. His vision was to create a new breed of support, which would provide excellent quality of service that focuses closely on clients’ needs.

Today, we achieve this by providing pro-active support and advice that is in-keeping with your business strategy.  These goals have been accomplished by maintaining a close working relationship with our many clients.  Our main business function is providing Support and Maintenance for your IT infrastructure, alongside Hardware, Software and Connectivity Sales.  However, we are happy to undertake any IT related role that moves your business forward.

Currently, BC technologies have two office locations.  The head office is situated conveniently in Staines, allowing us to effectively support the entire Greater London area and with consultants based in a variety of locations; we can provide a swift response to our clients. 

The Accounts and Administration office is based in Scotland near Glasgow.  All the company’s administrative and accounting departments are here, together with the First Line telephone support team.  We maintain a number of clients in Scotland and currently have consultants available in this location.

As the founder of the company, since 1994 Brendon has been keen to make certain the company mission statement is the highest priority for the team. He strives to ensure that client delight is the most important goal of the business. Brendon is a keen outdoor sports enthusiast with a passion for sailing, wind-surfing, kayaking and skiing.	Keith joined the company as a Partner in 2000. As a chartered accountant he has a wealth of knowledge, business acumen, and provides excellent motivation, for both the team and clients. Keith is a keen walker whose goal is to conquer many mountains across the world whilst experiencing their many different cultures.	Matthew joined the company in 2000 and became a partner in 2004. As a technical and gadget guru he has earned a formidable reputation in all areas of IT. You will never fail to spot him without a PDA in one hand and a coffee in the other. Music and singing is a passion of his, which he regularly explores in a Community Church band.
